At Valtech, we are looking for a Project Manager to provide structure, leadership, and operational excellence for our enterprise-level client engagements. You will sit at the intersection of media, creative, technology, and performance, translating business objectives into high-quality, executable plans across paid, owned, and digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, needs, expectations, and requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, programmatic media, web, mobile, and email.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while maintaining momentum, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Translate client business goals into clear, executable project plans that align practice teams such as strategy, creative, data, media, and technology.
- Partner closely with multiple practice leads and teams to ensure integrated, performance-driven execution.
- Enable project teams to deliver best-in-class work by providing clarity, structure, and strong delivery leadership.
- Balance creative ambition with delivery feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, managing expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Interface with senior client stakeholders across marketing, media, and executive teams to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
Team & Environment
You will lead integrated teams across Media, Data, Strategy, Technology, and Creative (Brand and UX/UI), serving as the primary delivery point of contact for large client engagements.
