At Severn Trent Plc, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI), playing a key role in delivering our strategic ambitions and improving customer journeys.

What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate the implementation of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI).
Manage Smart Metering projects and workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships across the business to ensure best practices are shared and embedded.
Ensure change is sustainable and impactful.
Work closely with project sponsors and stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure alignment and support.
Implement new and enhance existing processes.
Manage risks and issues, and ensure benefits are realised.
Inspire project teams, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record of delivering sustainable change.
Strong grasp of the project lifecycle, change management, and risk mitigation.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
A collaborative mindset to foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
Confidence in using data analytics to inform decisions.
Experience in identifying and planning for benefits.
Experience in coaching others to grow and succeed.
Flexibility to travel across the Severn Trent region and support local teams.
A background in customer experience, data management, and/or technology.

Nice to Have

Experience within Customer experience improvement projects and/or business change.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: £40,000 - £46,000
28 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 days per year)
Annual bonus scheme (of up to £2,250 per annum based on company performance)
