At Severn Trent Plc, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI), playing a key role in delivering our strategic ambitions and improving customer journeys.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI).
- Manage Smart Metering projects and workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure best practices are shared and embedded.
- Ensure change is sustainable and impactful.
- Work closely with project sponsors and stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure alignment and support.
- Implement new and enhance existing processes.
- Manage risks and issues, and ensure benefits are realised.
- Inspire project teams, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.

- Experience in identifying and planning for benefits.
- Experience in coaching others to grow and succeed.
- Flexibility to travel across the Severn Trent region and support local teams.
- A background in customer experience, data management, and/or technology.

- Experience within Customer experience improvement projects and/or business change.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: £40,000 - £46,000
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 days per year)
- Annual bonus scheme (of up to £2,250 per annum based on company performance)
