Fuelerate is looking for a Shopify Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of high-impact A/B testing and CRO projects for 40+ eCommerce brands. This is a fully remote, performance-driven role requiring agency experience, sharp execution, and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects with clarity and ownership.
What You'll Do
- Manage the lifecycle of A/B tests from planning to launch
- Coordinate developers, designers, CRO specialists, and QA
- Ensure variations are implemented correctly and QA’d properly
- Manage multiple projects and experiments at once without losing clarity
- Keep timelines, priorities, and dependencies clear
- Identify blockers early and remove them fast
- Communicate clearly with the team (and clients when needed)
- Help turn test outcomes into the next round of execution
- Own outcomes, not just tasks
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of agency project management experience
- Strong experience managing Shopify projects
- Strong understanding of Shopify dev workflows (Liquid basics, QA, releases)
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects
- Confidence using ClickUp (or similar PM tools)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable making decisions and pushing back when needed
- Ability to figure things out and move without waiting for direction
