Asplundh Engineering Services, LLC is hiring a Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of multiple engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality control and fostering client relationships.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple projects with varying team members.
Coordinate project designs with clients, business development staff, managers, and engineers.
Identify business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
Prepare engineering, equipment, and EPC proposals and fee estimates.
Create management reports for internal and external use.
Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and personnel.
Provide technical insight for alternate solutions to projects and project execution.
Utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions for scope development.
Conduct quality control of managed projects and peer review if required.
Manage project billing and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Deliver projects on time and within budget through effective time management.
Coordinate trades with sub-consultants.
Attend job meetings and coordinate activities as required.
Attend training to enhance your duties.
Attend professional conferences and trade shows.
Complete and submit weekly paperwork, including timesheets and expense reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Undertake overnight business travel as required.

What We're Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding initiative, strong organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.
Excellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using CAD and Microsoft Office applications.
BS in Engineering or Engineering Management.
Three to five years of relevant experience.
A valid Driver's License.
