Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for medium-to-large integrated campaigns, from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring all work supports client goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project statements of work, staffing plans, and resource assignments, actively managing scope changes and ensuring appropriate team placement.
  • Oversee financial aspects of accounts, including creating statements of work, monitoring burn rates, reconciling budgets, and delivering transparent financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Build, update, and share precise project schedules, identifying potential delays early and applying corrective actions to maintain progress.
  • Act as the primary coordination point across teams such as Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Analytics, and Account Management to ensure unified, high-quality deliverables.
  • Guide and support junior staff and interns, promoting teamwork, ownership, and professional development.
