Inventive Food Technology is looking for a Project Management and Portfolio Intern to support the integration of project data and help create meaningful portfolio views that guide decision-making across functions and regions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide project management support on key projects.
- Support the coordination and tracking of strategic projects across the global portfolio.
- Assist in integrating data from multiple sources to build comprehensive portfolio views.
- Maintain and update project dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Applications, Marketing, Commercial) to gather and validate project data.
- Contribute to the development of internal presentations and portfolio review materials.
- Help identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities within the portfolio through data analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Science, Data Science, or any other related technical field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in innovation, project management, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project management and data visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI).
