JLL is looking for a Project Lead-MEP to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, you will lead the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and efficiency. You'll be part of a global organization dedicated to shaping the future of real estate for a better world.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage MEP project execution from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for all MEP components.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading MEP projects within the construction or real estate sector.
- Deep technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong project management skills, including schedule and budget management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- A track record of successful project delivery.
