Rolls-Royce is looking for a Project Lead - Maintenance and Logistics Support Analyses (ILS) to coordinate and lead all ILS/IPS project deliveries. In this role, you will conduct critical analyses for our products and collaborate with a range of specialist departments.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and lead all relevant deliveries as the ILS/IPS project lead.
- Conduct analyses for products, including reliability, maintenance, and logistics support analyses.
- Analyze failure modes for products and their impact on customer equipment (FMECA).
- Examine the impact of project-specific installation situations on maintainability and collaborate with relevant departments.
- Analyze failure statistics and derive reliability metrics from them.
- Support the timely delivery of analyses for customer projects and assist sales colleagues in evaluating reliability and maintenance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification (Technician/Master).
- Experience with combustion engines and associated systems.
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Enthusiasm and the ability to communicate with customers in English, using foreign language skills daily.
- Curiosity and a desire for further development.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in the field of reliability analyses, e.g., MIL-STD-1629 ASD/AIA 2000M, 3000L.
- Initial SAP knowledge.
