Fluence is looking for a Project HSE Manager to manage all health, safety, and environmental aspects for our projects across Australia. You will be a key leader ensuring site compliance and workforce safety.
What You'll Do
- Manage HSE strategy and implementation for assigned projects.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
- Report on HSE performance metrics to project leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing HSE for complex industrial or construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant HSE certifications.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in either Newcastle, New South Wales or Sydney, Australia.
