Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is hiring a Project Deployment Leader for a 1-year contract based in Izmir. You will run projects under the operations function to serve several markets’ commercial activities, ensuring the successful delivery of new and existing products.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute and manage assigned multi-category product projects to expected delivery standards and specified timing.
- Adhere to and drive E2E Project Management process and best practices to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate Product Commercialization projects, including product maintenance and source change activities.
- Liaise with regional and local operations functions (e.g., supply chain, procurement, marketing, QA & production) to determine development and delivery of new goods.
- Ensure no supply shortage, minimal loss & optimum cost during project execution.
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and customers to ensure proper understanding of project scope, requirements, and milestones.
- Lead project execution processes, issue status reports, and ensure readiness of new product specifications for timely production & delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, management and/or supply chain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge with systems, experience with Product Lifecycle Management.
- Ability to work with high amount of data.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Izmir.
