Go Reply is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery for our client portfolio. You will be the point person for projects delivering Google Cloud-based and AI solutions across various sectors, working closely with internal and client stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, managing the full lifecycle from initial engagement through to post-project review and closure.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with client stakeholders and Google teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on project goals.
- Manage project budgets, providing accurate forecasting and ensuring cost control throughout the delivery cycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, devising robust contingency plans to keep delivery on track.
- Keep stakeholders updated on risks, issues, and progress throughout the project.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with external partners to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee post-project review processes to capture lessons learned and drive future improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of five years experience in project delivery or programme management.
- Experience ideally within consultancy and Google Cloud technology environments.
- Eligible for UK Government SC-level security clearance.
- Proven experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies, and adaptable to project needs.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and client management.
- Confident and collaborative communicator, able to influence at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate shifting priorities.
