Cengage Group is seeking a Project Coordinator, Revenue Operations to support initiatives that optimize revenue processes and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you will ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic growth goals.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating revenue operations projects, including system rollouts and cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Work with the PMO lead to build dashboards and provide project support.
- Act as a liaison between Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Support data collection and validation for revenue projects; assist in identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor project progress, flag potential risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the VP of Revenue Operations with calendar, expense management, and budgeting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years in project coordination, preferably in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau.
Nice to Have
- Project Management certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $24.00 - $31.00 USD
