About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines and track progress across departments
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams
  • Organize and schedule project-related meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation
  • Support project managers with task delegation and follow-ups
  • Monitor deliverables and deadlines to ensure on-time completion
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate appropriately
  • Use project management tools to update and share project status
  • Ensure alignment between team activities and project goals
  • Prepare reports summarizing project performance and progress
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve workflows
  • Manage action item logs and decision records
  • Coordinate resource availability with team leads
  • Support onboarding of new team members into projects
  • Maintain consistency in project communication standards
  • Track project budgets and expenditures
  • Ensure compliance with internal project governance policies
  • Assist in post-project evaluations and retrospectives
  • Promote efficient collaboration using digital platforms
