Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering; construction management training is advantageous
- Minimum three years of experience in managing or supervising construction activities for contractors or subcontractors in chemical plants, hydrometallurgical facilities, or refineries
- Solid grasp of construction workflows and operational procedures
- Demonstrated capability to lead and oversee technical and construction teams
- Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management
- Skilled in using CAD software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with API and ASME standards and codes
- Proven experience in training and developing junior staff
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior work experience in developing countries is considered beneficial
- Background in risk assessment and change management processes
- Experience on projects with budgets of US$5 million or more
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable
