Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of engineering initiatives for agentic systems and automation platforms
- Build and manage high-performing engineering teams focused on internal tooling and workflow infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to align technical roadmaps
- Define architectural standards and best practices for scalable, secure systems
- Drive innovation in AI-driven workflows and autonomous agent design
- Oversee the development of developer-facing tools to accelerate product delivery
- Ensure reliability, observability, and maintainability of core internal platforms
- Establish engineering metrics to measure team productivity and system performance
- Mentor engineering managers and individual contributors across multiple teams
- Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement across the organization
- Lead incident response and system resilience planning for critical internal services
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve workflow automation
- Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Manage technical debt and platform modernization initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within engineering
