Valmet is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to act as the global process owner for Order Management and Global Planning within our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is central to ensuring accurate and timely data flow from PDM to the Infor LN ERP system, enabling purchasing, manufacturing, and execution for our Tissue Business Area Services projects worldwide. You will be part of an international, technology-driven environment where your contribution directly supports customer success and delivery reliability.
What You'll Do
- Own and govern the global TMS Order Management process for PMO projects from order intake through project closing.
- Act as the global TMS process owner for planning-related PMO activities that support purchasing and manufacturing.
- Perform and coordinate item transfers and enrichments from PDM to the ERP system (Infor LN).
- Ensure project structures, material data, and order content are complete, accurate, and aligned with sales scope and project plans.
- Enable reliable purchasing, manufacturing, and delivery planning through high-quality ERP data.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and site operations.
- Identify and proactively address data, planning, or order-related risks impacting project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement of order management and planning ways of working across the PMO.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in order management, project coordination, planning, or ERP-based execution roles in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP-based purchasing and manufacturing planning processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex data accurately across multiple projects.
- A structured working style and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.

- Experience with Infor LN ERP, PDM systems, or project-based industrial delivery.
