The Senior Project Coordinator will act as the global process owner for Order Management and Global Planning in the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring seamless data transfer from PDM to Infor LN ERP. This role is essential for enabling accurate purchasing, manufacturing, and project delivery across global Tissue Machine and Air Systems (TMS) initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the global TMS Order Management process across all PMO projects, from order initiation to project closure
- Serve as the global process owner for planning activities within the PMO, supporting procurement and manufacturing functions
- Coordinate and execute the transfer and enhancement of data from PDM to Infor LN ERP systems
- Ensure project structures, material records, and order details are complete, accurate, and consistent with sales scope and project plans
- Support reliable procurement, production, and delivery scheduling through high-quality ERP data integrity
- Work closely with Project Managers, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and site teams across regions
- Proactively identify and resolve data, planning, or order-related risks affecting project execution
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for order management and planning processes within the PMO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Demonstrated experience in order management, project coordination, planning, or ERP-driven execution in an industrial or engineering setting
- Solid knowledge of ERP-based procurement and manufacturing planning workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data accurately across multiple concurrent projects
- Organized approach to work with a clear sense of accountability
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural team environment
