- Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific controls standards
- Train project teams on controls processes and software
- Identify risks related to cost or schedule deviations
- Support baseline establishment and revision activities
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams on cost inputs
- Manage data integrity across project control platforms
- Assist in the preparation of project reviews and audits
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for executive reporting
- Implement lessons learned into future project planning
- Work with multidisciplinary teams across project phases
