About the Role
The role involves managing early-stage recruitment activities, including identifying qualified candidates, conducting initial assessments, and supporting hiring teams with timely candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen applicants based on role requirements and team expectations
- Conduct initial outreach and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support the development of job descriptions in collaboration with recruiters
- Engage with passive candidates through targeted messaging
- Track recruitment metrics and report weekly updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with HR to align on hiring goals and priorities
- Assist in organizing virtual career events and recruitment campaigns
- Follow data privacy standards when handling candidate information
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Identify sourcing gaps and suggest improvements
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Stay updated on regional labor market trends in EMEA
