Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, construction management, accounting, or 8 years’ related experience required.
- 7 or more years’ relevant experience in project controls/commercial management/project management (construction environment a plus) required.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% required.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Strong or proficient understanding of cost and change management

- Intermediate experience with job costing or accounting software – knowledge of IFS, Procore, HeavyJob and HeavyBid an advantage.
- Intermediate experience with Primavera P6.
- Understanding of safety and OSHA requirements.
- Functional competencies in accountability, attention to detail, prioritization, business acumen, and collaboration.
