About the Role

The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain institutional clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional value and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial markets and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutional clients.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of institutional clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
