Graham is hiring a Project Controls Lead to support the Ontario Region, including both infrastructure and buildings projects. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will define and document processes, provide strategic support to operations, monitor risks to improve project execution, and lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Controls professionals.
What You'll Do
- Manage risk, including working with the team on Quantitative Risk Analysis/Assessments (QCRA, QSRA) for heavy rail projects.
- Standardize processes by defining and implementing project controls systems and procedures.
- Lead project controls planning, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and document management.
- Monitor project performance, identifying issues, driving improvements, and escalating when needed.
- Provide expert guidance, supporting project teams with accurate data and strategic advice.
What We're Looking For
- A degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Controls within a General Contracting environment, with expertise in systems implementation and risk management.
- Advanced knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and document management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, P6, and InEight modules.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $120,000 to $130,000 per annum.
