About the Role
The individual in this role will oversee programmatic supply relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve operational efficiency across supply partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage direct supply partner integrations
- Ensure proper onboarding and configuration of new supply sources
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues with supply partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery discrepancies
- Optimize bid responses and latency performance
- Track and report on supply partner performance metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation of supply configurations
- Enforce compliance with data and privacy policies
- Work with engineering teams to implement technical improvements
- Support the launch of new programmatic features and tools
- Coordinate with account management on partner-specific issues
- Identify and escalate recurring supply-side problems
- Assist in auditing partner adherence to contractual terms
- Provide feedback to product teams based on partner data
- Manage IP and domain allow/deny lists as needed
- Respond to partner inquiries within service level agreements
- Stay updated on industry changes affecting supply operations
- Assist in developing best practices for supply optimization
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve platform reliability
- Ensure accurate labeling and categorization of supply sources
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with programmatic supply setup and maintenance
- Exposure to large-scale ad serving environments
- Background in technical account management
- Knowledge of common ad tech identifiers (e.g., cookies, IDFA)
- Familiarity with debugging tools like Wireshark or Charles
- Experience analyzing bid response error codes
- Understanding of VAST, VPAID, and video ad formats
- Exposure to data warehouses or SQL querying
- Prior work in a 24/7 operational support environment
