About the Role

The candidate will bridge technical and business functions by evaluating product performance, interpreting data, and supporting system improvements across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product functionality and technical workflows to identify optimization opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to guide development priorities
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports on key metrics
  • Support integration of data systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date product documentation
  • Conduct root cause analysis for product-related issues and recommend solutions
  • Assist in testing new features and validating system changes
  • Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize enhancements
  • Utilize data analysis tools to extract, clean, and interpret large datasets
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
  • Participate in agile project cycles including planning and sprint reviews
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product goals
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting systems
  • Provide technical guidance during product onboarding and implementation
  • Track product usage patterns and user engagement metrics
  • Assist in defining success criteria for product initiatives
  • Escalate critical issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Support documentation for audits and regulatory submissions
  • Improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency across departments
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical staff
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Manage timelines for assigned product tasks and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment between product features and business objectives
