Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality industry across the DACH region
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking events to generate new leads
- Present product solutions to decision-makers in hotels and management groups
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting strategies for regional campaigns
- Understand client needs and tailor proposals to demonstrate value
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within approved guidelines
- Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand network
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Respond to inbound inquiries with timely and relevant information
- Develop territory plans to maximize market penetration
- Support product feedback collection from prospects for internal teams
