Jellyfish is hiring a Programmatic Manager to lead and execute programmatic advertising campaigns with a strong emphasis on Real-Time Bidding (RTB) operations. You will contribute to a rapidly expanding area of our business and help shape programmatic excellence for key client accounts across global markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead programmatic campaign setup, optimization, and execution across RTB and DSP platforms, ensuring performance excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop insightful performance reporting and analysis to guide client strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with Client Servicing and Business Development teams to design innovative programmatic solutions for both existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain proactive client communication via email, online meetings, and in-person interactions, presenting complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to build integrated and scalable digital advertising strategies.
- Interpret attribution models, third-party analytics, and multi-touch performance data to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
- Influence deal economics, media allocation, and budget investment decisions in partnership with stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to skills development and knowledge sharing as the RTB business expands.
- Manage relationships with key technology partners, including data providers, supply sources, and measurement vendors, to drive campaign success.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic insights that articulate campaign performance, optimization levers, and future recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and display media.
- Demonstrated expertise in programmatic ecosystem fundamentals, including RTB, DSPs, ad networks, attribution models, and related technologies.
- Experience planning and managing campaigns across diverse geographies such as APAC, US, and UK.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional business writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality documentation and presentations.
- Methodical and structured approach to work, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult, listen, and influence both internal teams and external clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within an agency environment.
- Google Marketing Platform experience a plus.
