Responsibilities
- Own the complete performance management of annual operating plan objectives and key results, ensuring owners are empowered and accountable for meeting their targets.
- Serve as the central operational driver of the annual operating plan, maintaining consistent progress through proactive follow-ups, closing feedback loops, and keeping cross-functional workstreams on schedule.
- Identify systemic risks or operational blockers to objective and key result success early; partner with teams to develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to leadership to ensure a path forward.
- Facilitate the departmental annual planning process and mid-year adjustments, ensuring departmental goals remain ambitious yet realistic.
- Continuously refine and document the annual operating plan playbook, codifying best practices to make each planning cycle more efficient and predictable.
- Partner with department operations leads to prepare high-quality materials and narratives for quarterly business reviews, ensuring a data-driven story of progress and challenges.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships across the organization to facilitate honest discussions regarding progress, resource gaps, and cross-departmental dependencies.
- Act as the glue between departments, ensuring that initiatives have early and consistent alignment with analytics, field, and product stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of contact to ensure that changes in one department’s roadmap are communicated and reconciled with the broader annual operating plan.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

- Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in a complex environment.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
