Pluralsight is looking for a Program Manager to own the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives. You will be instrumental in driving projects to completion, ensuring they deliver clear business value and meet strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate project scope definition and timeline and resource estimations.
- Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation in accordance with EPMO policies.
- Conduct regular project meetings to manage action items, dependencies, and monitor progress.
- Deliver weekly project reporting with visibility into progress, risk, value delivery, and resource utilization.
- Develop effective project working relationships to foster shared ownership of outcomes.
- Proactively monitor and communicate project risks and issues and ensure mitigation plans are defined.
- Assist with quarterly program planning, ensuring alignment of business-led initiatives with technology roadmaps.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management and an advanced degree; OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
Nice to Have
- Project management experience in an Agile environment.
- Professional certifications: CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent.
