About the Role

NVIDIA is hiring a Program Manager, Academic Programs to join our team. In this role, you will work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate programs that support researchers and educators. You will design and execute scalable processes for grant fulfillment, review, tracking, and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA programs for researchers and educators.
  • Design, implement, and execute scalable processes for timely fulfillment of research grants, review of grant applications, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage logistics of hardware shipments and cloud onboarding in fulfillment systems.
  • Interface directly with prospective and awarded researchers through our support inbox to triage issues, provide program updates and reminders, and connect them to the right resources.
  • Coordinate technical experts reviewing grant applications, monitor progress against program timelines and follow up as needed.
  • Craft user documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalability.
  • Support quality assurance testing using Salesforce Sales Cloud and other technology platforms used by external customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher with 3+ years of demonstrated project management and operations experience.
  • Proactive, strategic, hands-on, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Proven experience using a mix of project management and operational skills to partner with internal and external customers.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrity.
  • Track record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible results.
  • Superb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilities.
  • Able to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Passion for bringing the latest resources in AI, 3D, and scientific computing to the academic community.
  • PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $108,000 USD - $178,250 USD for Level 2, and $132,000 USD - $207,000 USD for Level 3. Eligible for equity.
