SAP Software Solutions is hiring a Program Manager (STAR Trainer) to own and drive the Student Training & Rotation (STAR) Program, our essential talent pipeline initiative. In this role, you will recruit, train, develop, and convert high-performing students into full-time employees to fulfill strategic business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage campus recruiting by exploring hiring demand and building university relationships.
- Partner with Talent Discovery to review applications, interview candidates, and facilitate assessment centers.
- Onboard STAR students and provide ongoing leadership, performance management, and coaching.
- Support student rotations and the conversion process to full-time hires.
- Assess training needs and deliver or source business and soft skill trainings.
- Carry out STAR projects and contribute to sub-projects with moderate complexity.
- Provide regular updates to management and make decisions that enhance systems and processes.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, building relationships across all levels.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of work experience, preferably running a business program or initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, including business-level English.
- A university degree (Bachelor minimum).
Work Mode
This position is based in Singapore, Indonesia, or Vietnam.
