About the Role
The Program Lead for State Partnerships will drive the rollout and execution of a digital learning initiative within public school systems. This includes collaborating with state leaders, leveraging data insights, supporting internal teams, and ensuring scalable, high-quality implementation across regions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with state-level decision-makers to design and plan the deployment of a digital learning platform.
- Support state teams during implementation by guiding data-informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance teacher and student success through program usage.
- Analyze large-scale quantitative data to uncover strategies for increasing platform adoption across regions.
- Strengthen organizational learning by interpreting qualitative input from education systems.
- Develop institutional capacity within schools to sustain and scale program implementation.
- Balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic objectives.
- Travel as needed to support partnerships and on-the-ground activities.
Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish, including defining objectives, setting milestones, and delivering high-quality results.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and managing interdependencies without direct authority.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets, identifying patterns, and forming data-driven insights.
- Ability to interpret qualitative feedback and adapt partnership strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and digital formats.
- Fast learner capable of quickly understanding and engaging with new challenges.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with comfort navigating uncertainty, testing new ideas, and taking initiative.
- Willingness to contribute hands-on to team tasks and problem-solving.
- Deep commitment to education and improving learning outcomes.

The team supports implementation through training, resource development, peer learning, and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for leading the implementation of a digital learning program with government school systems. Key duties include planning rollouts with state leaders, using data to guide decisions, collaborating across internal teams, identifying success drivers, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, building institutional capacity, and balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy. Travel is required.
ABOUT YOU
Ideal candidates have 6–9 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams without formal authority. Experience in education or large-scale government projects is beneficial. They are data-savvy, effective communicators, quick learners, and action-oriented. Multilingual abilities are a plus. A passion for education and a desire to create meaningful impact are essential.
