Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a freelance Program Lead for a critical turnaround mission on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will take senior leadership to stabilize the program, restructure governance, and secure the planned go-live.
What You'll Do
- Lead program turnaround and stabilization activities.
- Restructure and optimize program governance and performance.
- Increase transparency across delivery streams and dependencies.
- Professionalize integrated program planning, including surrounding initiatives.
- Establish high-quality reporting structures to identify risks and conflicts early.
- Manage stakeholder alignment across business and IT.
- Ensure Business Readiness for S/4Hana Go-Live.
- Orchestrate collaboration between business units and the implementation partner.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven track record in ERP / S/4HANA turnaround or stabilization environments.
- Demonstrated experience in restructuring complex program governance models.
- Strong executive stakeholder management capability.
- Experience operating in high-pressure delivery environments.
- Ability to combine strategic oversight with operational decisiveness.
- Fluent in English.
- Europe based candidates only.
