About the Role

Rulemapping Group GmbH is hiring a Country Manager - Netherlands (d/w/m) to drive commercial expansion in the Netherlands across public and private sectors. You will own market entry, build a sales pipeline, acquire lighthouse customers, and work closely with Delivery, Product teams, and the Germany-based Global Hub.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and own the market entry and go-to-market strategy for the Netherlands in close alignment with the Germany-based Global Hub.
  • Drive Business Development and Enterprise Sales across the public and/or private sector (B2B/B2G), identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions for different industries.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify, acquire, and grow lighthouse and reference customers, particularly in regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare, energy).
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies), initially as a complement to direct sales and, over time, within a hybrid go-to-market model.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience in building markets (“first-in-market”) or new business areas, including exploratory market development and subsequent scaling.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation processes.
  • Language skills: English C2, Dutch C2.

Nice to Have

  • German language skills are a plus.
