The role involves overseeing program execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and serving as the primary liaison between local partners and central operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning and implementation in the Bradford region
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders to identify community needs
  • Develop and manage project timelines and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and funding requirements
  • Facilitate regular communication between field teams and headquarters
  • Monitor program outcomes and recommend improvements
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage resource allocation for regional activities
  • Support the development of training materials for staff
  • Conduct site visits to assess program effectiveness
  • Oversee data collection and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with partners to expand program reach
  • Address operational challenges in real time
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all program activities
  • Ensure alignment with equity and inclusion principles
  • Lead team meetings and performance reviews
  • Respond to inquiries from community members
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
