About the Role

The position provides strategic direction and managerial leadership for planning and administrative functions, ensuring alignment across departments and effective implementation of institutional priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to support institutional objectives
  • Oversee development and execution of operational plans
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and workflows
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and policy development
  • Manage performance metrics and reporting systems
  • Supervise planning staff and administrative teams
  • Facilitate communication between senior leadership and units
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Develop frameworks for resource allocation and budget planning
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards
  • Guide change management processes across divisions
  • Support accreditation and assessment activities
  • Prepare executive-level briefings and presentations
  • Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency
  • Lead special projects assigned by senior leadership
  • Maintain institutional planning documentation
