The University of Vienna is looking for a Program Assistant to join the Postgraduate Center, the university's competence center for continuing education and lifelong learning. In this role, you will support the scientific management by independently carrying out all organizational tasks related to the execution of a continuing education program.
What You'll Do
- Support the scientific management in all organizational matters related to the program.
- Act as the primary contact for organizational questions from participants, cooperation partners, and lecturers.
- Advise and inform prospective students about the continuing education program.
- Organize and conduct information events to promote the program.
- Manage and conduct the admission procedures.
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing and communication measures.
- Perform community management duties.
- Coordinate curriculum planning and schedules, including the organizational implementation of courses and support for lecturers.
- Create billing documents for lecturers and support operational financial processing.
