Responsibilities
- Advise large clients on product integration and design
- Deploy, migrate, upgrade, and optimize high-end Check Point products within complex network environments
- Create methods of procedure and low-level designs that align with client requirements
- Develop test plans and evaluate new features and products prior to production deployment
- Resolve issues with Check Point products as needed
- Support customer production cutovers during non-business hours
- Deliver product training and workshops to clients
- Partner with sales, R&D, TAC, and other Check Point teams to maintain customer satisfaction
