Daily, we embrace challenges to create meaningful impact, with the Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Respiratory –Chicago South, IL role driving transformative change: Key responsibilities encompass: The Chicago South, IL territory spans Downtown Chicago, IL; Tinley Park, IL; Northwest Indiana (Munster, Merrillville, Hammond); Kankakee, IL; Watseka, IL; and Morris, IL. Craft territory business plans aligned with Viatris strategic objectives. Execute high-quality sales presentations targeting key customers. Meet quarterly sales targets while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Comprehend and implement strategic targeting methodologies. Develop comprehensive pre-call planning strategies. Cultivate positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and management. Maximize call and field productivity. Collect and leverage information from healthcare professionals to formulate targeted strategies. Utilize sample programs and educational materials to enhance physician product awareness. Differentiate products from competitors and address customer concerns confidentially. Pursue continuous professional development and skill enhancement. Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree requirement. Preferred candidate possesses pharmaceutical sales expertise (minimum 1 year), with flexibility for alternative experience combinations. Proven performance track record. Strong business acumen. Exceptional influence and negotiation capabilities. Superior oral and written communication skills. Robust interpersonal and listening abilities. Demonstrated leadership potential. Meets role-specific competency expectations. Capable of independent and collaborative performance. Self-motivated and proactive approach. Adaptable learning capacity for product and disease state comprehension. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel. Residence within assigned geographical region. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. Professional leveling based on related experience. Fluent English communication skills. Compensation ranges from $100,000 - $157,500, varying with individual qualifications.
