Key responsibilities encompass:
- Territory coverage spanning Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
- Driving sales by professionally promoting Viatris products to OBGYNs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Pharmacists.
- Implementing dynamic territory management strategies informed by real-world insights.
- Developing comprehensive pre- and post-call planning for targeted accounts.
- Strategically utilizing available resources like Lunch and Learns to enhance HCP product awareness.
- Achieving sales objectives while maintaining strict ethical and regulatory compliance.
- Collecting and integrating field intelligence to craft personalized prescriber strategies.
- Establishing clear call objectives based on customer profiles.
- Maximizing call and field productivity.
- Engaging in meaningful dialogues to identify patient outcome improvement opportunities.
- Delivering persuasive communications that influence customer perspectives and behaviors.
- Responding promptly and consistently to customer inquiries.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree requirement
- Preferably 6 months to 2 years B2B sales experience, particularly in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong business acumen and account management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven performance track record
- Exceptional communication capabilities
- Advanced interpersonal and listening competencies
- Capacity to learn and articulate product and disease state information
- Travel flexibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Residency within assigned geographic region
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Native-level English proficiency
Compensation range: $80,000 - $134,400, varying based on individual qualifications.
