This position is responsible for ordering and processing third-party verifications, including employment confirmation and insurance validation, following established procedures to support loan approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate customer, lender, and third-party data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Order and track required documents and verifications essential to loan processing
- Update and maintain records in Encompass, ensuring real-time accuracy and traceability
- Communicate promptly with stakeholders when issues arise to prevent delays
- Support processing teams with timely updates and task completion
- Uphold service level standards for response times and task turnaround
- Protect sensitive customer and employee information in line with privacy and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a structured environment. Experience with mortgage systems, particularly Encompass, is beneficial.
