About the Team Within the Zillow Home Loans department, you'll contribute critically to the loan manufacturing workflow, supporting customers in achieving their financial objectives. The Production Support Coordination team manages procurement and processing of essential third-party documentation for loan files. Your role involves collaborating closely with the Processing Team to identify required documentation and expedite file completion while updating loan origination software and providing comprehensive customer service support. About the Role • Authenticate data sourced from customers, Loan Originators, and external providers • Procure and handle employment verifications, insurance documentation, and supplementary third-party materials essential for loan approval according to established protocols • Refresh records in Encompass loan origination system and maintain processing team awareness of progress • Rapidly communicate with loan stakeholders regarding emerging challenges • Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external collaborators • Preserve organizational service benchmarks and turnaround timeframes, including responsive communication and task management metrics • Safeguard confidential customer and employee information while ensuring alignment with compliance regulations Position characterized as Remote: Employees operate from personally selected locations within the United States, with specific geographical considerations. Compensation ranges vary by state: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, Washington DC: $19.80 - $29.80 hourly Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont: $18.90 - $28.30 hourly Compensation determined by experience, performance, and geographical location.
