About the Role

TE Connectivity is looking for a Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead a team in a stable, modern manufacturing setting. Your focus will be on ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimizing production processes.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and lead a team of production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring completion.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and norms, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
  • Plan and monitor production processes, determine order priorities, and track deadlines.
  • Control the operational readiness of production equipment, set parameters, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Oversee compliance with work discipline, technological discipline, and occupational health and safety, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure material supplies are available for smooth production.
  • Implement training programs, corrective actions, and process improvements within manufacturing.

What We're Looking For

  • Secondary school or vocational school diploma in mechanical engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel, and Internet.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and navigate technical documentation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on effective workplace management.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people.
  • Resilience to stress and workload in a fast-changing manufacturing environment.
  • Technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a systematic approach to work.
  • Knowledge of related technical standards (e.g., material, production, quality).
