As a Production Scheduler at Rehlko, you will develop, maintain, and coordinate the Production Schedule for multiple production areas. You will be responsible for all scheduling activities, from order release to driving adherence, in support of our purpose: creating an energy resilient world for a better future.
What You'll Do
- Create production schedules to support customer service.
- Manage production orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate production changes with Materials, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
- Work closely with internal associates to coordinate and execute production.
- Maintain and control SAP master data for Production Scheduling functions.
- Communicate part shortages and order material from other stock locations.
- Work closely with internal customers to drive adherence to the schedule.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship or a visa transfer now or in the future.
Nice to Have
- Associate degree in business or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- SAP experience.

Team & Environment
You will have frequent contact with Materials/Scheduling personnel, Manufacturing Management, Purchasing, Materials, Master Scheduling, Quality, and Manufacturing, with occasional contact with Accounting, Engineering, and Systems personnel. You will report to a Supervisor, working within a culture built on Curiosity, Trust, Pace, and Excellence, and a strong commitment to safety.
