Ferrero Group is hiring a Production Performance Analyst

Ferrero Group is hiring a Production Performance Analyst to be a key data partner for the UGP Manager. You will provide the analysis and reporting needed to manage the product business unit effectively.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Production Manager and Controlling Unit in production headcount budget planning.
• Support Production and Maintenance Managers in preparing information for the investment budget for production equipment.
• Create the general expenditure budget with the Production Manager.
• Establish performance objectives for production lines.
• Manage and monitor all activities in the SAP PP-PI module (materials, hours confirmation, Process Orders).
• Complete all activities for monthly closure from the Production side, meeting Controlling deadlines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and the Production Manager to optimize production output and performance.
• Conduct line performance analysis and share information during meetings.
• Collaborate on Stock Management and manage monthly inventory system adjustments.
• Perform Production Performance Gap Analysis with the Production Manager.
• Collaborate with the Planning department on Daily Production Scheduling and verify feasibility of schedule modifications.
• Help supervisors identify improvement initiatives.
• Support all players in the continuous improvement process and certify results of actions.
• Participate in planning scheduled maintenance activities to define timing of intervention.
• Ensure all program requirements regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced, and maintained.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in production processes, methods, and the company’s production-related information systems.
• Familiarity with production cycles, models, production efficiencies, and stock management.
• Understanding of inventory processes.
• Proficiency in applying production KPIs.
• Understanding of planning techniques.
• Proficiency in using production performance analysis methods.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, with demonstrated practical application.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in SAP.
