H.B. Fuller is hiring a Production Operator I EIMEA to join our team. This is an entry-level production role where you will perform supervised tasks in material preparation, equipment operation, product testing, and packaging. You will be responsible for maintaining our high quality standards, safety compliance, and area housekeeping.
What You'll Do
- Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying and preparing correct quantities, transporting them to the production area, and reporting any deviations.
- Operate processing equipment according to established process instructions and procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance to maintain processes at desired run rates.
- Complete initial product testing and release to ensure specifications are met.
- Check labels and packaging material to ensure correct labeling following all rules and instructions.
- Package final products according to instructions and H.B. Fuller quality standards.
- Carry out all operations in compliance with Quality Standards, Operating Procedures, and all legal and company EHS rules.
- Maintain housekeeping in your assigned area.
- Carry out any other duties requested by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- A basic educational degree, High School Diploma, or General Education Diploma.
- No prior experience is required.
- Knowledge of common software programs like MS Office.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
- Availability to work in shifts.
Nice to Have
- 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
- Understanding of basic English.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Production Manager or Supervisor.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position.
