IDEMIA is seeking a Production Operations professional to manage a range of production activities including assembly, material processing, and packaging. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving production excellence by meeting strict specifications, volume targets, and quality standards. What You'll Do
- Ensure completion of all work within established service-level agreements.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, performing first-line diagnostics and complying with operating procedures.
- Actively contribute to the business performance of the production line.
- Highlight opportunities for improvement and participate in process improvement teams.
- Support integrated production flow, including quality control, raw material preparation, and supply management.
- Apply security, quality, and environmental standards, alerting the team to any anomalies.
- Work on routine tasks and follow standard procedures under close supervision.
- Communicate straightforward information that requires little explanation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in production operations such as assembly, processing, treating, or packaging.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and complete routine tasks.
- Proficiency in operating and performing basic maintenance on production equipment.
- Understanding of quality control, raw material handling, and supply management.
