VSolvit is looking for a Production Lead to serve as a senior program manager and delivery strategist for complex Airtable implementation projects. In this role, you'll set standards for operational clarity and scalable systems, acting as an account strategist with deep marketing industry experience.
What You'll Do
- Client Partnership (15%): Anticipate client needs, envision solutions, and manage complex scope or technical conversations.
- Business Management (10%): Influence client decisions, align work with business goals, and maintain project reporting through internal operations and forecasting tools.
- Program Management (60%): Manage day-to-day operations across scope, budgets, timelines, and resourcing. Lead delivery strategy, interpret briefs, evolve processes, serve as an escalation point for risks, and ensure project profitability.
- People Management (15%): Drive team accountability and ownership for delivery quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience using Airtable.
- 6+ years of client management and production or delivery leadership experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills in detailed project scoping, accurate budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline development.
- Experience forecasting and optimizing team utilization across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decisions without direct authority.
- Fluency in project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, and Smartsheet.
- Expertise in advanced project planning, managing scope, controlling budget and scope creep, and conducting complex scope negotiations with clients.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other project management, time tracking, communication, and knowledge management tools such as Harvest, Slack, and Notion.
- Knowledge of general business tools such as Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Miro.
