Arthur Grand Technologies Inc is hiring a Production IT Manager to oversee change management within the insurance sector and a Microsoft Azure environment. This long-term contract position is fully remote but requires candidates to be based out of the Chicago, IL area.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with MSPs or other IT service providers.
- Integrate key compliance requirements, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CIS Controls v8, into change management processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- At least 3 years in a dedicated change management role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and administration.
- 2+ years of change or release management experience in a development environment.
- Proven experience managing relationships with MSPs or other IT service providers.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and service management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, and ARM (Azure Resource Manager).
- Direct experience with compliance frameworks: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CIS Controls v8.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
