Lidl is looking for a Production Analyst to provide critical performance visibility to the business through data analysis and performance trending. In this role, you will assist in developing strategic concepts and delivering valuable insights for process optimization aligned with business needs.
What You'll Do
- Support the Manager on strategic concept and service development across the business.
- Conduct analysis on data to support initiatives, decision-making, and identify opportunities and risks impacting strategic goals.
- Manage department tools and templates, including business dashboards, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure a portfolio of departmental reports is produced on time with accuracy.
- Support business partners with requests for information and process initiatives.
- Provide support in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Perform analysis and benchmarking to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.
- Consolidate updates on agreed action items, risks, and issues from different forums and channels.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operational Business Administration.
- More than 3 years’ experience in a direct sourcing office or model for a sizable company.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication skills and expert-level proficiency with Microsoft/Google applications like Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving mindset and capability to work in project mode in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of PMP/PMI, SQL, or Python would be a plus.
