At Micron, we are a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. We are seeking a Product Yield & Analytics ESDA Engineer to own ESDA setup and optimization for new products, guide data flows across sites, and support engineers who rely on ESDA. In this role, you will have a direct impact on defect identification, process improvement, and information alignment across groups and locations.
What You'll Do
- Set up ESDA for new products and ensure data availability for DRAM and NAND probes.
- Maintain and enhance ESDA systems, troubleshoot issues, and partner with responsible teams.
- Build tools and workflows that improve ESDA analysis and enable defect matching for YE and RDA.
- Drive cross-fab alignment on ESDA data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, test, yield, RDA, and IT teams.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years engineering experience in Product Engineering, Product Test, Product Design, or Yield Enhancement.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with preference for Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams and sites.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing engineering analysis tools.
- Familiarity with defect analysis systems or tester fail categorization.
- Prior work aligning processes across multiple fabs or locations.
- Background supporting data systems used in yield, test, or reliability engineering.
