Kohl's is seeking a Product Tester for Books and Ebooks (m/f/d) to provide critical insights into our customer experience. In this role, you will evaluate the entire process from purchasing to receiving physical books and eBooks, as well as assess the content quality itself.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate the entire customer journey from purchasing to receiving a book or eBook.
- Assess and critique the content, style, and quality of the books you receive.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback on both the process and the content.
What We're Looking For
- A passionate and dedicated reader.
- A perfect command of the French language.
- Possession of an active Dutch (.nl) Amazon account.
- High degree of reliability and commitment to providing thorough feedback.
